Grab the heart on the platform between them then climb down, where you must walk to the left again. From that torch you must continue to the right until you see two ropes. Don't worry if the torch goes out while walking there's a torch just below this level, after you pass a knife thrower. Here you'll face more goons and find more powerups, but nothing new. Watch for those two guys on the ropes and get on the path. If you would like some time and health powerups you can go to the right, however if you're confident that you have enough of both then you can make your way to the left.
